The Organization Structure showing the decision-making process and flow of authority for supervision and accountability is furnished.

Decision making process involving exercise of power in Operations /Administration / Engineering etc. is governed by Delegation of Powers as approved by the Board from time to time. The procedure followed is either through circulation of note files or through committee method wherever applicable.

The decisions pertaining to the service conditions and discipline of the employees are made as per the Regulations of TSRTC which are approved by the Government of Telangana from time to time.
